Store Customers menu item allows you to look up/update/delete authorized clients profiles and add new clients.
In order to do it, click on the document, pencil or delete icons.
Store Customers - Overview
Click on the document icon under the Store Customers menu to look up for existing customer information.
You will see a new window where you can look up client information and check their order by clicking the document icon. You can also edit client profile with "Edit" button.
Click on the pencil icon in order to manage existing customer information.
The bin icon allows you to delete the customer from your Store.
"Add New" button allows you to create a new customer.
The following features are worth noting: "Active", "Newsletter", "Business To Business", "Loyalty Discount".
"Active" - this feature allows you to mark your customer as the one who is being active on your website.
"Newsletter" - this feature allows you to mark your customer as the one who is receiving newsletters from your MailChimp company.
"Business To Business" - this feature allows you to mark your customer as the one who does business in b2b model.
!Important! This feature is connected with "Business To Business" feature of a specific product in Store Product Catalog. Only b2b customers can see b2b products.
"Loyalty Discount" - this feature allows to set a permanent discount to the customer new orders. It's in the "Address Information" tab.
