In order to solve this issue you should check the following:
Following files should have permissions set to 664 (-rw-rw-r--):
mt-includes/config/settings.php
mt-content/assets/styles.css
mt-content/assets/fonts.css
Please make sure that permissions for the following folders are set to 775 (drwxrwxr-x):
mt-content/assets
mt-content/assets/less ~all folders and files that there will be
mt-content/uploads
mt-content/temp
mt-content/temp/update
mt-content/temp/logs
mt-content/temp/twig
mt-content/temp/cache
mt-content/themes/~all folders and files that there will be
mt-includes
mt-includes/templates
mt-includes/templates/layouts
mt-includes/templates/less
mt-includes/templates/emails
mt-includes/library
mt-includes/assets
mt-includes/widgets
mt-admin/views
mt-admin/update
The rest of the files should have the permissions set to 644 (-rw-r--r--).
The rest of the folders should have the permissions set to 755 (drwxr-xr-x).
As alternative solution, please re-upload your template files in binary mode.
