Cannot update control panel

We are trying to update the CMS version but getting this Error.

We already applied the necessary permissions to files and folder specified in this article https://support.motocms.com/hc/en-us/articles/212454707-Update-is-interrupted-by-an-error-Files-can-not-be-copied

Also checked that Zip php extension was already enabled. https://support.motocms.com/hc/en-us/articles/212456627-Update-is-interrupted-by-an-error
