I found the answer and I'm not happy at how it was buried. In the store section look for the pop widget. Kill it with fire.

Does any on know how to turn of the annoying newsletter popup?
MotoCMS Version: 3.3.1
Theme Natural Foods Version: 1.2
I have spent hours trying to find where to turn the signup to newsletter popup and the only thing I found is how to delete it... which I did and now I get a "Unfortunately, the popup was not found." popup which is worse. I don't want to edit the source code so any guidance would be a great help.
