Is this website a scam?

I'd really wanted to buy a template but some strange things are attracting my attention:

1. The support number is an automated machine that calls from a call center in the UK, a place where a lot of internet scammer call from.

2. The Community page is filled strange irrelevant topics

3. There are some users reporting that it's a scam.
