Customer Emai,l adding product name and quantity to template

I am having trouble adding the product purchased and quantity to my customer email. I have already edited some of the template which works well, but your list of keys in the email article reference the products will not work. Can you let me know the exact html code to add the product name and quantity to the customer email.
