MOTO CMS A SCAM?

SO I purchased a template at template monster for 199usd  and after receiving it I cannot edit or work on it because although my account has my purchase it has no control panel .Is this a scam or what ? The demo worked fine but once I purchased it their was a fuck up .I have sent multiple suppourt tickets so just stay away guys I am going to warn everyone on their facebook page as well bunch of thieves
