Is it possible to have a MotoCMS website templates on a domain and another template (purchased seperatly) on a sub-domain? I want to do this to create a temporary website on a sub-domain until another domain becomes free and I'll move everything over. Does this require any special setup?

Hello Adrian,
According to License Agreement you can use 1 license (website) per domain name, so in a case if you want to have the same website under different domain name you will need to purchase another license.
