Moto3 installation script.. Where is it?

In installation set up it tells me to go to my browser and open Moto3 installation script. Please tell me where this is? I see no settings for this in the MotoCMS control panel. 

I have uploaded the contents of the template folder to my host. (Should this have gone into the main folder or into the sub folder that was automatically created under the name of my domain?) I have gone into the MotoCMS control panel and activated the product.

I cant for the life of me figure out where the Moto3 installation script is?
