Unfortunately there is no such function to submit site map from MotoCMS 3 admin panel. Thank you very much for your idea! I have already added it to our Feature Requests List. Our developers will consider adding this feature in one of our future updates. As alternative solution you can't find this tool in Internet and generate sitemap for your website.
