Error While saving Page

I get the error "Error while saving page" on all 3 of my MOTOCms websites, hosted on the same server, and when I click on mobile editor I am presented with an initial creation screen, despite the fact that the mobile version of the sites are working fine as indeed are the main versions of th esites. I have checked the permissions are correct so I am a bit baffled what is wrong. One thing to note is that the server where these sites are hosted suffered a severe outage a few weeks ago which screwed up some of the mysql databases on other websites I run so not sure if this could have any effect.
