User car dealer website

I want to setup a used car sales website using Moto CMS or any other CMS template that will allow me to create custom fields for a cars details so that the administrator can add cars to the website through an admin control panel and then the cars will automatically be viewable on the website.

Is it possible to do that with the Moto CMS template or do I need to buy a different CMS engine that allows this type of custom form creation for a cars details?

The eCommerce plugin is overkill for what I'm trying to do.  I'm not selling any product.  I just need to be able to list used cars that I'm selling.  I have a brick and mortar store where actual sales occur.  On the website, its purely informational in nature where I want to list all the cars I have for sale.
 
Each car has quite a few attributes that I need to upload everytime I have a new car for sale.  Attributes such as the following - see attached detail from another site that lists cars for sale - http://www.autotrader.ca/a/Hyundai/Sonata/Brampton/Ontario/5_24890457_/?ursrc=hp&urp=1&urm=4
 
Notice the I want to  be able to upload multiple pics for each car and then a bunch of fields for different information also needs to be added to each car as shown in the page above.
 
Let me know if MotoCMS supports this functionality and how would I go about setting up a form so that my customer can login into the Admin control panel and easily add/delete/modify cars that he carries in his inventory.

I've started working on the demo version and have read some of the user guide.  

I have the following two questions:

1. I was able to edit the top horizontal menu and added a bunch of sub-pages under "Vehicles for Sale".  Now I can't figure out how to edit the menu to remove some of those new pages.

2. How do I setup a form so that I can add cars to the website with the following details, and also restrict the use of this form to only authorized administrators when a new car needs to be added to the site.

Required Fields on the form (the values after the ":" show sample data):
