Error 404 while reloading the page.

Hi, when I try to reload/refresh browser then the result always 404 not found
sample url address: [domain.com]/contact

That link working fine when click directly using menu on the web page, but not working when reload/refresh
When I type manually on browser: [domain.com]/#./contact --> it work fine

Need your advise bout this matter
