We're sorry for the delay. If we've understood you correctly - you wish to use attach feature in the Moto CMS HTML template #47473 which is bound to the following site: www.trugold.co.za. Unfortunately, such feature is not presented in the mentioned Contact Form - probably it will appear in future updates. As alternative solution, you can find/generate custom code for the mentioned application and paste it within the HTML wiget's structure. HTML widget is located within the Widget - General category and allows you to launch any custom application, if you have embed html or javascript code.
