I am wanting to put a javascript code in an html file to full off an effect. Where do I put the css, image and .js folder? Can i upload them through MOTO-CMS? If not what file do I put them in on my server? Do I need make any references to MOTO-CMS?

You can add any widget you want to any Moto CMS template by following these steps:

1) Create a separate page(not in Moto CMS control panel) with widget you want
2) Add HTML widget to your page.
3) Use <iframe> tag in HTML widget to add a window with page you created in first step.
