How can I add file upload to my career page form

Unfortunately there is no filed for attachments in Contact Form widget of Moto CMS HTML template. You can look for some external form that allows attachments and embed it via HTML widget.

can you suggest any external form or widget which i can easily integrate into motocms. Please note that I am new moto cms and this is 3rd site we are creating on moto cms and there 5 more sites we have to work on motocms.
