Can not access Control Panel to update our website.

When trying to access our control panel I keep getting an error message: "Authorization Failed" after an error stating our product has not been activated yet.  I checked with our hosting company (which has successfully hosted our Moto CMS website for many months) they have the IP address and Domain correct. The access to the administrative Control Panel has our Domain listed as our IP Address and the IP address correct. our domain is www.bemark.us.  How do I correct this error to gain access to our control panel?

Hello,

Please, upload attached users.xml file to /admin/data folder replacing it with existing one. This action will allow you to reset the control panel login data.

I'm really disappointed with MOTO CMS. Although the templates are attractive and easy to edit, I'm been experiencing a bunch of problems to log in on the Control Panel. Needless to say that the website is running TO SLOW, with an average Page Speed of 66 seconds!!! I've been in contact with the Technical Support for the last two days, but they continue writing the same email, without providing me any solution at all! ADVICE: If you would like to avoid any headaches use WORD PRESS is 1000 times better!
