Unable to make my website show-up after moved on the server...
I moved my website www.thecloudplus.com from the primary DNS of thecloudplus.com to a sub domain or folder under cumberlandwatercooler.com because I am changing the website this weekend. I keep getting this message:
Fatal error: Unable to read 10136 bytes in /home/content/54/10144554/html/thecloudplus/admin/config/ProjectConfig.php on line 0
thecloudplus.com is showing up under the cumberlandwatercooler.com but the above error is showing when I try to go directly to the site and the code flips from English to what appears to be Russian when I bust open the projectconfig. php file.
Can someone help me clean this error up? My website is down and if you need access to website I can let you in.

Hello Kurt,
Seems like you've uploaded some of your files in text mode. Please upload admin folder again checking your FTP transfer software to be set to transfer files in ** Binary Mode. **We have submitted a request for you if you need our assistance.
