Flash Rotator Graphic Widget NOT working with new flash plugin

I built a site using a purchased MOTO template. After weeks of greatness, NOW the main header (hero) graphics are NOT ROTATING! Does anyone know what to do or WHEN THIS will be fixed?? I don't want to have it static, but if it is NOT going to be fixed, we'll all have to stop using this feature. Please someone help. My client is on a PC using explorer and I'm on a MAC in firefox. To me it looks fine. But to them NOT!
