Yes, you can transfer your template to another server and use it under another domain name. Note: you can not run the same template on two different servers or under two domain names at the same time due to license agreement.

If you want to use the same template on two different servers you need to purchase it once again.

i host all my site in the same place, would this mean id just transfer the folder and have to set up the activation again?

or do i just login and change the domain on your website?
