It depends on which type of our product you are referring to. If you are running HTML Moto, then you can go to Preferences > Website Settings > click Reset Mobile Website button and choose "Create Mobile version from my current website".
If you are using Flash Moto - there is no way to copy content from main website to mobile one because the main website is in Flash and the mobile version is in HTML. It is technically impossible unfortunately, so the only way is to build your mobile version from the scratch.
