How do I edit the content of the "add a page" page

I want the "add a page" feature to add a page with my specific content each time.

Currently, the add a page feature give me two options that shows a three layered page icon or a two layered page icon. The page with three page icon only loads the menu. I want it to load with my logo, my footer copyright text and a text box...
