HTML-Templates and JS

Hello,

we have a question regarding to the new HTML-templates, especially Nr. 43130.

We're using already one of your Flash-Templates and think about getting something new.

Now the question (hopefully you understand what i mean):

The Html-templates using Java-Script to animate parts of the internetsite. When we write a text for example in a rich content or shape object, it is then part of the Java-Script or of the html code? It's important for us that search engines will be find us better in the future. Not only by index or keywords in the control panel.
