IPAD VIEWING PROBLEMS

Let me start by saying that I dont know much about computers.

Instead of pulling from the mobile site that I created, my IPAD is pulling from the actual website. The problem is that I had to put data outside of the boundaries so that it would fit better on the website. Is there a way for the IPAD to pull from mobile instead of the actual site??

Hello,

We're really sorry for a delay! Yes you can enable redirect to mobile version for tablet devices in your website preferences. It will redirect visitors who use iPads etc to mobile version.

Best regards,

Matthew,

Indeed my iPhone and other cell phones are redirected to the mobile site; however, my IPAD IS REFLECTING EXACTLY what is on the website. Is there are way to fix the issue with the IPAD???

Hello,

Please, understand, our templates have only two resolutions - usual version and mobile version. System works in such way that it would open the version which is better optimized for the current client's device. So for example you can use 1024*768 for usual version and 640*480 for mobile version) depending on your needs. On the one hand - for example, if there is used iPhone 3G - there must be used 480*320 resolution which depends on the resolution of this device. And on the other hand - if there is used iPad 1, there could be used 1024*768 resolution. Of course, such manual changes (which differ from the default settings) may lead to the incorrect display function of your site. So it means that the following template is partially responsive - it depends on the two versions, which we've mentioned above and in this case you need to choose some variant, which may give you some advantages for some devices on the one hand and some disadvantages for other users on the other hand. There could be used only two variants - usual and mobile versions.

Best regards

Dennis.
