Unfortunately it is impossible to create multilingual website using one Control Panel as there would be a mess. You can create two (or more) versions of the same site in two different languages, using one license, but only under the same domain. For this you will need to upload your template again into another sub-folder on your server and re-build your site completely in another language, so you will have two versions of the same site, which you can link with each other.
Other solution: you can complete one of these sites, then make backup of it. Also, you will need to download the following folders to your local computer: fonts, images, music, media, video. Then you upload your template to a sub-folder and then upload your backup files as well as all media folders to the same sub-folder. After this you will just need to translate the texts in the Control Panel.
