During the buying process of my template, there was a link to use HostGator as web hosting provider.
That's how, I came to choose them.But I need to ask : HostGator is it a web hosting provider
that meets all your requirements ?

Yes, HostGator.com is good hosting provider for our templates. We did not experience any issue with their servers and our templates compatibility. And I confirm that they meet our main requirements.
Note: our recommended hosting provider is BlueHost.com that meets our requirements too.

So 6 years later I get a template and the customer has hostgator. I did all I saw in the video and when i copied and pasted the domain name as shown in the video. the next screen I get is not the one shown in the tutorial video instead its a default hostgator page. what could be the reason(s) for this?
