Can't log in

Every time I try to log in it says "Your product is not activated" But when I press Activate. It doesn't log in!! I need help.....

Hello Randy,

Seems like your server external IP address has been changed and activation required to change IP on your account as well. I see Nick Bergman has already answered you. If you have any additional questions you can ask him in your request.
