This situation is getting ridiculous!
Maybe I need to move on to Wix or Wordpress!
If every time a user comes INTO the COMMUNITY to find a response, they have to wait for an email and the information is not readily shared with the user directly, you'll do one of 2 things!
1, create a group of dissatisfied customers
2. invite someone to create their own version of motoCMS's community and bypass this page altogether!
