BROKEN_RESPONSE

I can't install Moto CMS because I receive this error. How can I solve it?

 

Apache log: AH01215: sendmail: warning: inet_protocols: disabling IPv6 name/address support: Address family not supported by protocol: /php-wrapper/php-cgi

Hi, I also have the same problem. How can I get an answer. I tried more than 10 times with 10 different databases.
