Contact Form Integrations

The Integrations tab allows you to enable available form integrations and choose destinations for form submissions.

Important: This section is used only for:

  • Enabling or disabling integrations
  • Selecting connected destinations/accounts
  • Choosing where submitted form data should be sent

The actual integration setup and connection process is configured separately in:

Site Settings > Form management > Integrations

To configure a new integration connection:

  1. Open Site Settings.
  2. Go to Form management.
  3. Open the Integrations section.
  4. Connect the required third-party service filling all of the offered fields.
  5. Return to the Contact Form element and enable the integration in the Integrations tab.

To make a form distinctive in your mailbox, please fill in the Form Label field at the top of the Contact Form Integrations tab.

Email

Purpose

Sends submitted form data directly to selected email addresses.
