Probably, we've set your ticket's status to "pending" after our last reply. This status means we need some additional info from you and expect YOU to answer. Our Helpdesk will automatically change "pending" tickets status to preliminary "solved" after 3 days without customer's reply - in order to avoid opened tickets overflow. You can re-open such ticket during 24 hours after this. But if you will not reply during these time then your ticket will be automatically closed for final.
You should not worry about it, since you always can submit a new ticket!
