Hash sign (#) is not an issue but the feature of Moto CMS templates. It allows creation of unique virtual URLs and enables a number of important capabilities which are missing in today's rich web technologies including:
2) Sending links via email or instant messenger;
3) Finding specific content with the major search engines;
4) Utilizing browser history and reload buttons.
Unfortunately you can not change it because it is the part of Moto CMS engine and it is used for website navigation.
