Store General Settings

Store General Settings submenu item allows to configure the store general settings. You have 4 blocks of properties:  "Under Construction" ,  "Products" ,  "Price""Reviews""Date Format" and "Time Format".

Store General Settings  - Under Construction

"Under Construction" block contains: "Enable Under Construction Mode", "Set Store as Home Page" and "Allow Search Engines to Index My Store".

"Enable Under Construction Mode" - this feature allows you to enable/disable Under Construction Mode for your Store page. When user enters mentioned page - he will preview 404 Page Not Found notification.

"Set Store as Home Page" - this feature allows you to make Store your starting page. If disabled, you can set page as Home page within the Pages tab.

"Allow Search Engines to Index My Store" - if enabled, search engines will index your store so it can appear in the search results. If disabled, search engines will ignore Store page.

Store General Settings - Products

"Products" block contains the following features: "Track Product Inventory", "Allow Negative Product Inventory" and "Show Products Out of Stock".

"Track Product Inventory" - this feature allows you to enable tracking of products in your store. If this option disabled, you can buy products even if they are out of stock.

"Allow Negative Product Inventory" - this feature allows you to set negative quantity for your products.

Example 1: If this feature disabled, Tracking product inventory enabled and the amount of product is set as 0 - client won't be able to buy product.

Example 2: If this feature enabled, Tracking product inventory enabled and the amount of products is set as 0 - client will be able to buy product and product's quantity will be set as -1.

"Show Products Out of Stock" - if enabled, system will show products which are no longer presented in the store. If disabled, system will hide them.

Store General Settings - Price

"Price" block contains the following features: "Default Currency", "Show Product Price Including Tax".

"Default Currency" - this feature allows you to set default currency in the Store. You can create necessary currencies within the Store - Settings - Currencies tab.

"Show Product Price Including Tax" - if enabled, system will include tax into the final product's price. If disabled, client will see only regular product's price. You can add/edit/remove taxes for your store -at Settings - Taxes submenu item.

Store General Settings - Reviews

"Reviews" block contains the following features: "Enable Yotpo Reviews".

"Enable Yotpo Reviews" - if enabled, this feature allows users to leave reviews for any product, using Yotpo service. To make widget active you need to copy/paste your Yotpo API from your personal Yotpo account within the appropriate field.

Store General Settings - Enable Minimum Order Amount

"Enable Minimum Order Amount" consists of the following features: "Minimum Order Amount", "Minimum Order Amount Error Text".

"Minimum Order Amount" - this feature allows to set minimum price for the order at checkout. If the price is less, the visitor will have to add more items.

"Minimum Order Amount Error Text" - this feature allows to add error notification as a hint for minimum order price.

Store General Settings - Date Format

"Date Format" block allows you to choose a specific format for the order date in the invoice.

"Time Format" block allows you to choose a specific format for the time of the order in the invoice.
